Now, that the artifacts were defined, at the next run of the hook, the artifacts file (rocketgit/artifacts) will be taken in consideration and the artifacts will be upload to the server.

You can find them in you repository page by clicking the Artifacts menu.
You can browse the tree of artifacts and download them.
