This is a code extraction of libuuid and uuidgen from util-linux.

The main purpose is to get a symbol collision secure static linking of
libuuid.a.

... and no autotools, libtool, cmake, meson, scons, ninja, perl, python... in
the SDK.... YEAY!

The "configuration" is set in stone, but this is only the first commit.
