Commit 89a696df4ab720d5c0dfe3d511e20b38c1ff49b3 - Fix dump_h* utilities on x86_64
Provide a wrapper for hcfcfg.h that redefines hcf_32 to be 32-bit. Prepend
current directory to the includes list to make sure our hcfcfg.h is used.
