#30 - Patient Bill List - Does not display OPD ID. Difficult to search the patient

Module&Option: Billing - Patient Bill List (to receive payment)
Issue: OP ID not displayed for OPD bill receipt. Option name not proper. The bill When printed still shows amount due.
Possible Root cause and solution: Change the option name to 'Payment Receipt'. Display OP ID for OPD Bill. When specific record selected - Input payment details similar to IPD and then print the Receipt. The programs for OPD and IPD should be same.

Also when the bill is printed again at this time, instead of printing message - amount due, it should print message amount paid. The receipt-header should be updated accordingly.

The programs for OPD and IPD should be same.
