When old patient case number is entered for revisit, patient's personal details stored in Gujarati not displayed properly. However any new patient detailed entered are displayed properly.
After study it was found that Google Chrome has made some changes in their version and encoding did not allowed
Saumya changed etc/apache2/conf-enabled/charset.conf file and added following line: AddDefaultCharset utf-8

We may have to make similar change in Paliyad
