README:
This is more than a code extraction of libkmod and kmod from linux kmod as I
did rewrite some of the code to remove most dependencies on _GNU_SOURCE. Many
things were tidy up and simplified too.

The main purpose is to get a symbol collision secure static linking of
libkmod.a.

... and no autotools, libtool, cmake, meson, scons, ninja, perl, python... in
the SDK.... YEAY!

The "configuration" is set in stone, but this is only the first commit.
