Granting rights to the artifacts
If your repository is public, by default the artifacts are visible to anyone.
If is private, you may need to grant rights for others to be able to access your artifacts.
For this, you need to go to your repository page, follow the Admin menu, and then the Repo rights menu. There you can grant the Access artifacts right to any user/IP address combination.
